LUTE is a technology services provider company focused on selling and supporting multi-content selling systems.
Target customers are leisure travel agencies with a focus on tour operators and consolidators.
We offer and support a variety of products and services allowing our customers to manage multi-content sources at the point of sale.
LUTE Technologies AG was founded in February 2009 as a Swiss company. Its shareholders are INTRO Aviation (www.introaviation.de), an investment and consulting company with longtime experience in the airline industry as well as two private investors (Thebes Holding and Brandes Capital) with a travel industry background.
LUTE has a unique set of relationships that ensures a strong sales supply chain. Our partners are tech companies and suppliers; among them is Farelogix (www.farelogix.com) who is our provider for a series of products such as direct connections to a host of different suppliers.
The LUTE team is a group of experienced travel experts from different countries:

Timothy O’Neil-Dunne
CTO and Acting CEO
Timothy has worked in aviation and travel distribution for more than 30 years, including time with Worldspan and Microsoft/Expedia before founding T2Impact in 1998 where he is managing partner. Timothy was a founding management team member of the Expedia team where he headed the Ground Transportation and International portfolios. He was formerly Head of Technology for Worldspan where he managed all of the International Technology Services from product to infrastructure. Timothy is a published authority on Global Travel Distribution, a respected travel industry commentator, frequently writing in trade and consumer publications, and speaking at conferences worldwide. He is a permanent advisor to the World Economic Forum. Timothy speaks English and French.

Tonja Meierhans
Head of Customer Service
Tonja is based in Berlin. She is a seasoned travel industry expert with experience  in the airline industry as well as in the travel retail business. Previous experiences include different positions within Swissair, in Sales and as a member of the start-up team of Beyoo, the Swissair online travel initiative. Most recently she worked with AERTiCKET one of Europe’s largest consolidators. Tonja speaks English, French, German and Italian.

Mara Bradel
Project Manager – Customer Service and Implementation (DE)
Mara is based in Munich. She is a seasoned travel industry expert especially in Air business regarding tariff distribution, fulfillment/ticketing automation and booking engines. She gained experience in Consolidator business at FTI Touristik and managed various Projects at Travel Overland GmbH & CoKG, a seasoned Multichannel company and a Member of the Otto Group . During that time she has been a member of the international Travelocity Europe Project Team. Mara is fully bilingual in German and English.

Mike Tawil
Project Manager – Development (UK)
After more than 30 years in travel, Mike has experience of most sectors of the industry. With experience of both retail and corporate agencies, tour operation and a spell with IATA, Mike has an appreciation of how distribution systems need to be developed with the needs of all users, suppliers and customers in mind. Mike speaks English and French.

Sonja McAuliffe
Project Manager – Testing and Quality Assurance (US)
Sonja has over fifteen years experience in the travel industry, airlines, and GDS markets. Since 2000 she has been involved as a key member of start up teams in such areas as business development, market research and program integration. As the program manager she is responsible for Quality Control/Assurance and User Acceptance testing. Sonja studied tourism management in the Netherlands and is based in Atlanta. Sonja speaks Dutch, English and German.
